Field Manager: Full-time
Requirements:
- previous wood-framing experience required
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- must have reliable transportation
- familiarity with reading house plans/blueprints
- punctuality mandatory
- time management and scheduling skills necessary
Job Duties:
- lumber take-offs
- supervision of framing crews
- scheduling of framing crews for job starts, completions and punch-list items
- communication with clients
- verify faming is correct with blueprint
- mark all mistakes/omissions and communicate issues with framers
- Must also be wiling and able to complete framing punch-list items when necessary to complete jobs
